Thermofuse.......
That is a high temp fuse on stack.
It is there to trip all DC power so NO cooling can occur (NO DC then electric or propane can not be used to heat ammonia coolant).
IF that is tripping then perk tube is overheating due to:
Blockage or cracked tube/loss of coolant.
Seeing as it trips after an hour------blockage in cooling unit.
Resetting thermofuse only allows you to reset/get DC power back. It does NOTHING to fixing/addressing cause.
Blockage in cooling unit.
You will need to replace cooling unit or replace fridge to resolve the issue with 'overheating'
And you definitely need a different RV Tech.
