BTW, Dometic doesn't suggest that the fridge be used in transit (mentioned this to DH today). Defeats the purpose doesn't it? That's lawyer speak.
This saga is never ending.
DH says that the problem is the wind resistance is not allowing the heat to escape.
Our TC's birthday is 13 Nov 2010, but it's a 2011 model. That's just when the thermofuse was placed. Before that, there was no fuse. We have no issue when we use a jumper (in have to instances only). We try not to do this.
Maybe our unit was the tester. The Dodge does make it sit high.
