OB, we have that baffle installed. It's attached to the inside of the access panel. Everything you've said makes sense. We have a flue baffle as well. We'll clean it again to insure no blockage.
The warranty work appears to have been done? We just don't understand why the fuse issue still occurs.
This is becoming an issue to solve just because we're like a bulldog with these issues. We want to fix it ourselves.
