I can't thank you all enough for your patience and assistance! I sure hope that this conversation can help other people. We cannot be the only ones with this problem.
It is the lower fuse that blows. DH is trying to get the upper baffle in between rain storms. Once he does, we'll test it next week. I just want an answer. We spoke to another tech from a dealer this time (the other was independent),he said air wasn't circulating. Okay, we have all the mods. What now? DH believes you're correct in thinking that the air is blowing down. Do you suppose that the upper baffle will deflect it out? It's a long roof shaped piece of metal along the top of the unit.
