It's hard to see how close the fuse is to the burner- I really cannot see simple heat buildup blowing that fuse. I think the flame actually has to be hitting it, or coming close. I would bend the holder and end as far away from the burner as possible.
I cannot see it having any bearing on the situation, but FWIW, that is a German built cooling unit on your fridge- built by Siegen. The mounting and configuration is different than the units the safeties were really designed for. When Dometic moved cooling unit production from Sweden to the US, they needed extra production, so they bought these units.
I've heard a rumor (good source, but nonconfirmed) that those units are helium units.
