Fridge won't get cold on either AC or propane.

I have a Dometic DM2862. Fridge stopped working after I went out of town and we got a couple of feet of snow, which covered the vent and then temp dropped to -25 degrees. I have since shoveled the roof off. We are now 40 degrees. Crazy went from 32 to -25 then to 40 degrees all in about a week. I have gone through the service manual and checked everything that I could. Here are my results:
AC voltage 122.8,
Heating Element 43 ohms,
DC voltage 29.3 AC and 13.65 DC. Said normal should be 6v AC. Don't know how to pin point issue.....ideas??
Thermistor 8.87 on 20K. Sat in ice water for over 10 minutes.
Solenoid Valve 43.1 ohms
Upper circuit board 12.45 between orange and red wire
Lower circuit board (non-cooling mode) 12.45 orange and red wire, J4-J10 12.84v
(cooling mode) J4-Ground 13.52v, J5-J6 120.7v, J7-J8 122.7V
Thermofuse has continuity also .2ohms

Any help would be appreciated. Sucks not having a fridge when you live in your trailer.
