'From Poop to Potable'

A few years back, I worked at a water treatment plant. They offered to give us hepatitis shots, in case we came into contact. I asked, 'aren't you essentially asking our permission for you to give us hepatitus'? The answer was yes, so I declined. I was then informed, "if you see some white foam floating about... run like hell!". This was in a wide open field, upwind of town, and next to the Detroit River.
