Dose it do it only when you turn it on after not using it for a while ( few days to weeks) but then works well after it's been used. If so it's like mine and air is in the propane pipe. Mine will try and light 3 times and I can hear the flame but then the flame stops. I have to turn off the thermostat as many as 3 times before it will keep going. This will happen even if I've started all the stove burners to clear the propane lines.
