Fuse feds DC power to 'timed delay relay' (Or Blower control on circuit board---depends on brand/model/year of furnace)
When that 'relay' or 'circuit on board' is bad...continuous DC Power
Wiring from t-stat (DC power) activates the FUSED DC power to fan
Disconnecting those wires and fan still runs proves t-stat is NOT problem
'Relay' or 'circuit board' is.
Course this is ALL generic troubleshooting cause you have not supplied ANY information about furnace.....BRAND/MODEL/YEAR
Kinda like asking "Is this rope long enough"?
We know what rope IS but have no idea what it is going to be used for
