furnace fan
Put my fifth wheel away for the winter and the furnace fan won't shut off. No propane on, just battery. Any ideas what the cause might be?

RV furnace fan is NOT controlled by the wall tstat Fan setting. The usual cause of this is the Hi limit switch stuck closed. Another long shot would be water corrosion on the furnace circuit board fusing the fan relay. Doug- I would just disconnect the battery and investigate when you pull it out of storage.

disconnect the thermostat.- Could also be a wiring short on the thermostat wires, or a broken thermostat. Probably the easiest way to rule those out (or not) is to disconnect the thermostat connections at the furnace's control board; it should not operate with them disconnected.

Could be stuck time delay relay or circuit board depending on make and model. - Makes no difference where the thermostat is set or function.
