Thursday I took my trailer in to Camping World to fix my furnace. Of course it worked perfectly while there. $176.00.Last night, Saturday night it quit mid way thru the night. I can hear the thrmostat click when I move the temp selector, and the I can hear a click from the furnace. But no start up.Propane tanks are full. Hot water heater works fine. Stove works as designed.Any suggestions on what to do?

Does the fan start running?Have you checked voltage at the furnace itself?

Turn everything off. Then as you turn everything back on, be prepared to listen by your ceiling AC unit. Did you hear a clicking sound? Some trailers have the heat and AC controls together in that location, at least mine does. There might be a loose wire in that junction, or a stuck switch, mine did. Knock on wood, but after my unit was fixed in 2010, it has worked every time. If you know what you are doing it takes less than 5 minutes to fix. Worth a try.

Remove thermostat....connect the two blue wires together. If furnace fan comes on and fires up......replace thermostatIf fan does not come on..then the timed delay relay (can be stand alone type OR can be part of control board) is badIf fan comes on but no spark.....then sail switch is not making up OR high limit switch is openWhat furnace Brand & Model???

It's a Suburban Dynatrail NT-30SP. At the thermostat there is only one blue wire. AT the right side of the furnace are two blue wires coming out, connected to a red and white that go off to the left.Wa8yxm, exactly what do you mean by this:"Check Thermocouple to control board wire, DISCONNECT (Both ends one at a time) and re-connect a few times to clean the contacts." Would that be the two blue wires coming out of the side of the furnace?And, where is that control board?Old-Biscuit, at the thermostat there one each green, brown, red, blue, yellow and white wires. And, I can't see where to disconnect unless I need to pull that board out of the switch. BTW all of you, thanks for taking the time to help me with this. It's warmed up a little here but it's fixing to get a lot colder.

They may have charged even more if they had to clean the INSIDE of the furnace around the blower.

mchero, I'm not sure why I missed you message before. For the last week all I've been able to get out of the furnace was a click. Fan wouldn't come on. Camping World said I needed a new battery. I got one I think on Monday evening. It didn't help. But I think I have a technician I can help work with.

Today an independent mobile RV technician talked to me on the phone and listened to my experience. He suggested I slap on the top of the furnace. After 2 quick slaps a lot of dust was raised and the server has been working ever since.

He said he couldn't come by until Monday. But now every time I cycle the switch it works. Hasn't done that in weeks.

And I paid Camping World $175 to clean and service my furnace last week.

What does Didn't make it thru the night mean?

Did you wake up to a silent furnace?
Did you wake up to a furnace with a running blower motor & no heat?

I noticed that Old_Biscuit sent you a link to a service manual. Did you look it over? Did you read the Sequence of Normal Operation?

Don't start swapping parts w/o knowing what's wrong. You will be throwing your money away!

The furnace didn't make it thru the night. I don't know what else to do so I got a new battery. That didn't help. Any other suggestions?

My $$ is on the main board. You can replace it with an aftermarket Dinosaur brand for about a hundred bucks. The stock main boards are not as good as the dino brand.

Coleman-Mach thermostat.

Little delay here because I had to go after connectors. I cut of the perm connectors and made contact with the two blue wires. I hear the same click that I get when I cycle the thermostat. Nothing else. So this indicates a timed delay problem? If yes, how do I find it? Where do I get one to replace it.

I know that's a lot to ask but Camping World couldn't get this done, I need to do this.

What wall thermostat do you have?

Here is a manual that covers you model.......LINK

Blue, red, yellow should be for furnace (Red +12V, Yellow -12V, Blue) One blue should connect with red in junction box to feed power to thermostat contact and other blue would feed power (when thermostat contact closes) to limit switch to sail switch and then on to module.

When thermostat contacts close.....power goes to timed delay relay heating coil which when hot allows power to blower motor. When blower comes up to speed the sail switch closes and power goes to module and then to gas valve and spark electrode.
