I have a 8900iii series atwood furnace.Can anyone tell me how to replace the relay/delay in this system?

Sounds like your control board is detecting a problem and goes into lockout mode. Might need to inspect the burner condition(rusted out screen) and combustion chamber for blockage. Wasp's love heaters for nests.
