Propane flowing - stove works. Furnace and water heater will not start?

Hint:
Propane water heater and stove are working. I took the outside cover off the furnance and there is a circuit board with a red light blinking. Did the reset, no luck. All of my manuals say contact the dealer lol.
Ideas?
