With no load (starter), it still clicks rapidly. Putting the starter back in, this causes the load to increase, and makes the starter and contactor click loudly. Whatever the problem is, it is controlling the start contactor. I have just not seen an auto CB operate this fast. Hhhmmm. But one thing I am thankful for is the individual wires are imprinted with the numbers to match the diagram.
