I discover it well over 20 years ago that US and Asian measuring devices differ quite a bit.
When you buy 20 mpg Asian car, you can expect honest 22-24 mpg.
When you buy 20 mpg US made car, you are happy when you hit 18 mpg.
Just my observation.
