I'm amazed that with technology having advanced more than 10 years since the current Honda and Yamaha inverter generators have been out, nobody else has managed to even meet the performance of a same advertised capacity generator at a lower price. I would have expected clearly greater performance from the competition by now. This is no longer leading edge technology. From what I've read and heard, Champion is the only one coming close to challenging red and blue. (No offense meant to Robin-Subaru owners. I haven't heard enough info to form an opinion).
