generac xg8000e low voltage/ engine wont rev up

Ok thank you it check that out when I get home I'm wonder would it be worth it to try taking that out and hooking up a power control one to keep it at 60h and 120 Volts like a Power control module with a 12 V electronic actuator to control the engine throttle .
