generac xg8000e low voltage/ engine wont rev up with load to increase volts to match load . need some help trouble shooting the thing i used a muilt meter to test HZ and volts got 55HZ 98 volts we...

Thank you very much i reset the governor just to be sure. not sure if it was off

Then i tighten up a spring and it seems to be working great now. idle 61.5 HZ 119 volts flood light load 60.68 HZ 121volts light and 15 amp air compressor 60.68 hz and 122 volts. Thank you.
