Yes. And only if panel is facing South, more-less.
Some people made installs that allow tilting in four FIXED directions, so they can aim panel at South when RV hitch is facing North, West or East. But when RV is facing somewhere in between, say, North-West, they can only aim "in between", say, South-East or South-West, not South. And when panel is facing in between, you have to lower the tilt, otherwise you'll get shorter hours of exposure, so in the end it's not worth the trouble. Get more panels and forget about tilt :)
