You still haven't done your energy audit. I can live on 30 AH a day. But I don't have BiPap machine and don't write music on computer. 280W is a lot, adding side panels may or may not be worth it, but if you can put more on the roof - you should. As long as charging current per battery is less than 30% of capacity (or whatever max current your battery specifies), you don't need to worry about having "too big" solar with a given battery bank.
