My controller max output is way below max current allowed per battery, but - have just checked the manual - I can set a limit on charging current if I need to. Have been suspecting for long time that I can, but haven't got around to reading the manual fully :)
Lexicon7 - shop around for better prices on panels. I don't remember Handy Bob saying that Kyocera is the best panel in the world. Though I only read some of his blogs.
