Yes, Solar Blvd is close to OP. If budget is important, I would just go there and pick up a few 120W or 140W Chinergy for less than half of Kyocera cost, and an adequate size PWM controller.
Lexicon7 - there are no batteries of RV size that cost $20, even in China. China has no materials of any kind, they are manufacturing of imported metals and imported energy. I've seen a few websites with prices on different technical items by known brands 2-3 times below usual cost, very thoroughly made sites. It only takes a few days for an average computer nerd to make such a site. One or two fools with fat wallets is enough to make it worthwhile.
