Thank you, is it friday yet? - I used to fly nitros over a decade ago, but am just getting back into it and am going with electrics...a little less maintenance quicker to get the plane in the air and back into the car and easier to train my young children.
I think I will wait until I have the charger and take it out to the field and see how it likes the park power supply. If good, I will save the money for now and will decide at a later time which generator to get. If I find that the park power is not going to do the job, then I will get a generator sooner.
We go tent camping, but realistically won't be able to go much more often than we do now...so 99% of the generator use will likely be at the airfield.
