Generator comparison
I am looking at the 2000W Champion inverter/generator. It is cheaper than the Honda or Yamaha. Curious if it is good enough? I understand no A.C.. My cougar is 30 amp hook up. With adapter will it run...

I've had the pair of Honda EU2000's in parellel for a few years, but have never been quite satisfied with them. I just bought the new Champion 3100i with remote/electric start and think I will love it. I've started it and ran it to break it in a little, and it started at the push of a button. I hooked up the trailer (in the garage) and turned on the AC, and it was barely noticeable. On sale, delivered, no tax, for $899 was/is a great deal. I'm selling my EU2000i Companion (30 amp plug) on craig's list, and will keep the EU2000i basic for van camping.
