You're looking for a problem that doesn't exist.
I've emptied the tanks on EFI vehicles by tapping the fuel pressure port pressure release valve on the fuel rail then jumpering the fuel pump by way of the relay. It's just a shrader valve, just pulled out the valve and put some flex hose over the valve then jumper the relay. Easy peasy.
