What is the quietest 3000 generator on the market and the best for the dollar? Looking to parallel 2 of them together.

I (didn't) hear a guy's new Predator generator last year in a dry camping location near me. From 30 feet away, I couldn't hear it at all, and it was sitting in his truck bed, no tonneau cover or anything else in the way. He got 2 of them at Harbor Freight across the river, for a pretty decent price, IIRC. I can't remember the model or power output.
