Because you do NOT understand the APU carb system:B. When you apply a load, you have to increase the fuel supply thru those jet holes. If any of those holes are clogged or restricted you will get hunting/surging and what you are experiancing. Doug
Ok, thank you for explaining to me! Makes sense :). I'll see if I can have it cleaned properly.
I did adjust the spring in the slots down a couple from where it was stock- it's been running for 20 min with a load on it with minimal hunting :h. Could that make a difference?
