Wow, that definitely seems like the same issue including the different test results between the 20 amp and 30 amp plugs. With the bonding plug in, I get the "all is well" on the other 20 amp socket. When I put the tester on the 30 amp I get the HOT/NEU REV. The big difference is the OP in that thread knows what he is doing :( Appreciate you finding that.
