Generator running AC, is single Honda too small ??

Will a Honda 2000 series generator run a 15000btu AC unit by itself? I was looking at the specs and the Honda EU2000i makes 16.7 amps and after testing my AC startup amp draw it is just a little over ...

A 2000 watt genny is very marginal for starting and running a 13,500 but AC, and quite incapable of doing so if the RV's converter is actively trying to charge a house battery. It is certainly not going to be a happy camper for a 15,000 but AC, even when your house battery is full.
