Generator running AC, is single Honda too small ??

Will a Honda 2000 series generator run a 15000btu AC unit by itself? I was looking at the specs and the Honda EU2000i makes 16.7 amps and after testing my AC startup amp draw it is just a little over ...

What size Honda did You bog down a 2000 I bet My 3000 never bogs down and has not acted up at all I bought it in 2004 it has traveled many places and has ran many hours change to a synt.oil soon as Your Yammy is broke in saves the engine ware...Bushman
