This appears to be the same Dometic 13.5k BTU a/c we have. The LRA (locked rotor amps) is 63.0 amps. This LRA is at high end of the scale for most 13.5k BTU a/c's. Due to the high inrush current requirements for this a/c, chances are you'll need to run a Honda EU3000iS or a pair of EU2000i's with the Eco mode off to reliably and consistently start this unit.
FWIW, not all Dometic (or Coleman) 13.5k BTU a/c's are created equal.
