Genset....need one. Advice.
I'm looking at a new 2000w genset. I know about the reliability of Honda and Yahama, but what is your experience with Champion or Generac? Or does anyone have other ideas? Thanks!

We go to some pretty remote locations in BC and Alaska and space is a real premium, as is weight. We normally take a trailer but for some spots, and we stay for a month or so when we get there, we have to drop the trailer and get everything in the truck and camper. Even that little bit of space is valuable to us then. I'm still thinking. You're right it's only $200 difference. On the other hand we have nothing to run but the frige fan and LED lights. Even the detectors are not connected to house batteries.
