Roadtrek.com has a link to download owners manuals. The one for 1998 says it covers all models for that year. Even if you take the good advice given above and have a dealer explain it all to you, you'll want the print version for later.

There are active Roadtrek owners groups on Facebook. Most of the folks on that type of group are quick to give answers to specific questions. Asking how the entire system works is pretty much too broad for them. Perhaps you can find someone who has the same model as yours and lives near you, maybe buy them lunch in exchange for in-person lessons?
