Girard tankless water heater problem

Question

We have the 3rd generation Girard tankless water heater and the burner lights but goes out in a few seconds. The heater shows E2 fault on the control panel. Trouble shooting from the manual lists many possible causes.

Has anyone had this problem and what was the solution. Thanks

I don't know if this is any help, but if you look carefully there is a reset button on one of the boards. Open the lid on the outside and look inside kinda deep on the left. The button is small and the same color as the plastic that houses it. Just push it in to reset.

Thanks for the suggestion but this generation WH doesn’t have the reset button. Called Girard and they stated that I have an LP problem. Will check this problem.
