Yeah, sometimes there's room for one large panel, other times there's room for two smaller ones. A few different sized cardboard cut-outs can come in handy for checking out roof space. Plus, sometimes you need space to walk around up there, without stepping on the panels.
Combined with different scaled panel cutouts I looked at various panel layouts without needing more roof trips. And I also looked at different wiring routes and controller location.
