I agree with many of the earlier posts. Especially with the comments about the prewired option. If you are only going to install a small of moderate panel (50-150w), go for it. Otherwise it is going to be a waste of your money and a smile on the dealer's face. They make money on the options ;).
One thing about solar, it is a lot like Horsepower, one never has enough of either. But a good way to get a handle on what you need, out of the gate, is a power survey. While you listed your use, nothing beats doing a survey. Just like what you learn at the Cashier after going through a cafeteria line and figuring the costs in your head. Both will be surprise.
Love my solar and have learned a lot from many of the people here, but be sure to avoid those that give you answer's in absolutes. No one knows exactly your needs or uses, seasons of use, length of trips, let alone your ability and the size of your checkbook.
