So I checked with the Mfg. and the "Quick Connect" solar pre-wire is 8 gauge with out a controller unless you get the 150w panel then it comes with a controller. It's a $1400 option. So it's certainly not the bargain of the century, but it would be all under warranty and I wouldn't have to worry about my warranty by me installing it on the roof. I may not need to worry about the warranty thing if I install it but this is easier. Not set in stone yet though.
