Use deoxit on all the connections. Get them all bright and shiny.
Make sure you have wired the six volts in a balanced manner.
That said I was able to run a 1591 watt microwave on a 2500 watt MSW inverter. Infrequently it would fail.
The 3000 watt Magnum I replaced it with has never failed--but I'm using 12 volt jars which means 50% less load per cell.
