larosa: The unit beeps, blinks red and then shuts down with a solid red.
2oldman: all 4 batteries are about 6 months old, just checked fluid and levels, all good. What's an interconnect?

MrWizard and CA Traveler: Yes, I'm certain it's 4/0 gauge. Checked the install kit I purchased on Amazon. Wiring between the batteries is also 4/0, purchased at Tractor supply.
patiotuna: all the electrics are almost brand new (solar, charge controller, batteries, wires, inverter all installed between January and March. Batteries are connected correctly to output 12VDC, checked that.
