Roy Ken - howardwheelerExplorerThe Morningstar doesn't need a fan. It has a huge heat sink. You just have to have proper clearance above and below it-- at least six inches. I've got twelve below and it's completely open above. Since I had to put it in our bedroom I didn't want a fan coming on and off.

- howardwheelerExplorerThe circuit breakers on top basically just allow me to shut off any of the three panels and the breaker at the bottom shuts off the batteries. The Morningstar has a RS232 port that I connected to USB so I can hook up my computer and track everything. All the LEDs light up and Cycle properly so I guess everything is ready for the panels. Thanks for all the help. The woodwork was just to hide the wiring and to provide a wiring chase behind the controller.
