Probably should start from the beginning to help others troubleshoot.
1. I assume this is not a new rv to you. So it has drained properly in the past?
2. You confirmed the valve is actually opening?
3. Do you put a lot of grease/food products down the sinks?
I would think short of a blockage at the valve it should drain even if the vent is plugged. Although maybe slow.
