Gray tank vent problems update:
Please excuse my drawing skills. AV stands for air admittance valve 3 of 4 are shown.
I think my problem may have started when we filled gray tank enough to back up into shower, that I think allowed gray water to back-up into the gray vent pipe and thus filling the low point of that line creating a trap for the water and not letting the air enter to vent the tank when draining the kitchen sinks.
I am going to let the water in the vent pipe dry out on it's own and be very careful to never let the gray tank get that full.
