Grid tie inverters to boost genset or PSW inverter output?

Take the battery STORAGE fee out of the transaction and you get 10% more. To do this the battery has to start out fully charged and stay that way. Let the panels power the inverter. The battery then, is along for the ride. The controller keep things from getting out of hand if the panels CAN develop more power than the inverter is calling for.
