grounding inverter

Question

I purchased the following inverter for my TT. Hooked up positive and negative cables along with fuse to the battery. Didn't come with ground wire but manufacturer recommended 10 AWG. Just not sure where/how to ground it to TT. Thanks for any info.

I've never grounded mine.

The "chassis ground" goes to the RV frame. do not run it to the inverter's own neg input terminal.

The chassis ground is just to reduce any radio/TV interference, so you don't need to use it at all unless you get some of that.

Yes chassis ground is an independent #8 or #10 wire direct to the frame.
