I'd call them again. Quit often if I get a bad answer or lack of service from one customer rep I'll give it a few minutes for them to get on another call and then call back again and get someone one else.
One time when I was discussing something over the phone with an IRS rep, he was being totally unhelpful. I gave it 5 minutes and then called back again. Low and behold I got the same guy! Neither of us realized it a first, but after a few minutes we did. He thought it was funny because this had never happened to him in twenty years. This time around he was a lot more helpful and I got my problem taken care of.
