Harbor Freight - what happened to the 20% off coupons

There are 20% off specific item coupons and 30% off any $10 item but it's been a while since I've seen the 20% off "Any one item" and a long time since I've seen the 25% off Super Coupon. Also, you can't use a coupon of any kind on most of the better upscale tools. At least not the ones I've looked at. I was recently looking at their air pressure paint tank for $99.99 to convert to a pressure pot for resin casting but no coupon meant no sale.
