On a good day, 45w would barely cover what the fridge controls use in a day, and at $3.09/watt.
Buying solar is like buying in bulk. The more you buy, the lower the price. Generally speaking, the very least you need to buy is 120w, in order to keep the price at least reasonable. Although, here is a 100w panel for only $1.18/watt:

Add another $30 for a pwm controller and cabling.
Or you could go with a used system that has proven its merit, like Niner's.
