I received a new sale paper from Harbor Freight the other day and see that thay have a NEW inverter generator:Predator brand2500 max./2200 rated watts125 ccRed in colorLot # 61169$499.99I don't see it on the website yet... probably in the stores soon.

I cannot find it on their website. How loud is it? If it is over 58db, it is too loud for camping. In my experience most of their products are not of high quality.

I've never had any longevity with Harbor Freight electric power tools.

Many inverter gens are in the 50's sound rating... no specs that I can find yet though.

HF stuff is usually suitable for my purpose, or I buy something that is....and pay more.
