All of these generators have the exhaust hidden as part of their muffeling, I wish one would leave some provision for connecting a flexible hose to direct the gases and also some of the noise away from the unit and camper.

Seriously I last kept my generator in the truck bed, I had turned it to face away from the TT and used it that way. Now I am starting to plan my new setup. And had thought to get a remote genny (Champion) and have it locked in the truck but to try to connect something to the exhaust to move the fumes (COPD) away from myself and DW. And if it helped some with noise, so much the better.
