Mexico announced it was breaking with tradition and starting in October it would allow corn likker gasoline to be imported but it is still forbidden as a domestic added dilutant.
Cant wait until ethanol has a chance to shake hands with a million tons of sludge waiting at the bottom of bulk tanks down here. Meanwhile, a RAcor filter goes on the toad, and a case of S grade filter elements go in the trunk of the toad.
Using a food crop for fuel makes about as much sense as chug a lugging 89 grade. When I see a USA mandate calling for nothing but sugar beets or cane for fuel alcohol I will change my mind. Let those fertilizers and pesticides roll down the Mississippi. It's GREEN ya know. So are some corn belt members of congress' wallets.
